Kansas City Moms Blog and Costco are excited to host the Costco Mom Hour on Friday, Nov. 13. Costco will open their doors an hour early at 9 a.m. for City Moms Blog Network moms. In addition to conquering your shopping list, moms will enjoy refreshments, samples and giveaways!

The following Kansas City locations are participating:

  • Kansas City (241 E Linwood Blvd, Kansas City MO 64111)
  • Overland Park (12221 Blue Valley Pkwy, Overland Park KS 66213)
  • Lenexa (9350 Marshall Drive, Lenexa KS 66215)
  • Independence (19040 E Valley View Pkwy, Independence MO 64055)

Membership Special
If you’ve been considering joining – now is the time to check it out! The first 100 moms who show up will receive a swag bag, full of some of their most popular Kirkland Signature brand items for YOU to try! There will also be special samples specifically chosen for moms and their kids.

You do no not need to be a member to attend, but you do need a membership to make purchases. If you purchase a membership at the event, Costco has a special offer: New Executive Members will receive a $20 Costco Cash Card and new Gold Star and Business Members will receive a $10 Costco Cash Card.

For existing Costco members who bring a friend to the event, if your friend signs up for a new Costco membership, you will receive a $10 Costco Cash Card as a thank you.

Sarah grew up in Manhattan, Kansas (Go Cats!), she moved to Minnesota where she met her husband, Shea. Realizing how much she hated snow in May, she convinced him to move to Kansas City in 2010. Together they have lived in Midtown, Waldo, the Plaza, and now Overland Park. Sarah is mom to 10-year-old, Henry, 7-year-old Clark and 5-year-old Lucy. She has her master’s in urban administration and is passionate about making Kansas City a more equitable and supportive community.
