We bring together an amazing community of fitness minded people in our small, fun and sweaty classes!

Here, you’ll get real results, plus meet friends and trainers who support your life’s goals. With our high quality small group classes, this is your one stop shop to get stronger, healthier and more fit! You can get also find some super cute active wear here for gym life and real life!

I have a degree in chemical engineering and worked at Procter & Gamble for 11 years. I took a voluntary separation package after my third child was born. Then I was a stay-at-home mom and worked part time in our family business. However, I needed more interaction and have always enjoyed working out. I also had some ideas about how the “perfect gym” should look. I belonged to two gyms. When one of them closed, my gym friends turned to me and asked when I was opening my gym! I guess I must have spoken my gym idea out loud.

Then, I put my ideas into motion. I live on the west side of the city where there are mostly big box gyms. I love the friendships and the intimacy of smaller boutique gyms, so I purposely made EverFit small — just three workout areas, but we offer over four dozen classes weekly. I also love variety – folks get bored working out and doing the same movements on the same equipment every week. To address this, I found some of the best, challenging instructors to teach boxing, cycling, TRX, HIIT, Weights, Piyo, Yoga, Barre and a handful of creative mash-up classes. Members can come to any class for the same price.

People also like personal attention and no class is over 15 people so instructors can ensure that the workout is safe and effective for each individual. I love my trainers, and I let them lead classes their way, employing their expertise and their passion to rock every class! I teach Cycle, Ultimate Fit, Bootcamp and sub for my trainers. A member can come to each of our classes and get a totally different workout because we each have a different style.

There’s also the “third place” philosophy. After home and work, most people have a third place where they feel welcomed and happy, like the bar on the TV show Cheers! Most people think of working out as a chore, but I work hard to make EverFit a 3rd place — a place they want to come, where they meet friends and enjoy themselves. Every month we have fun fit days like Bubbles @ the Barre and Spin & Sip where we workout and also enjoy friends, wine and beer after class! We also love hosting private events for small groups.

I have another personal reason for loving exercise and wanting others to embrace a healthier lifestyle. I’m literally and figuratively trying to out run health issues that plague my own family. My mother’s had so many health issues that I could almost check any box on a health survey: cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, dementia. In some ways, I feel like working out gives me control and my best shot at beating the odds. I have been married for 20 years and have three kids(ages 19, 15, 10) and would love to be around for them as long as possible!

I also love being an entrepreneur because my kids are proud of me and love giving me suggestions and helping out!
